fatal error when trying to install css menu 2.2

Hi there,

trying to move a site to a new server.  Thus I am (before I port the Dbase) adding in all the modules so the basic install is the same on the new and the old - however I am getting the following on CSS menu. 

It works on the old site, but not the new - I have root permission on the new server and have set PHP up the same.

Fatal error: Class 'StylesheetOperations' not found in /home/c/m/cmsinstituteofli/public_html/modules/CSSMenu/CSSMenu.module.php on line 68

any clues anyone?  Ta!
