CSSMenu and Flash malfunction

hello. I have a problem with IE, CSSMenu template and Flash.
in this website: http://test.trust-itservices.com/ using IE the menu slides under the flash block. I tried to attribute a z-index value of -3 to the flash object, and 99 to the ul submenu, but nothing changes. someone can help me?

z-index doesn't do anything to flash.

Try searching the site for "flash" "wmode" "transparent" - I think you'll find your answer.
