meta keywords and description tag input

meta keywords and description tag input

hi, ive been reading online and in this forum to see if anyone has found a way for a non techy user to input meta keyowrds and description data other than by going to the Optiosn tab of the page and entering teh html in there, and it seems there is no other way.

is this true? is this the only way for a user to input this data?
