I have just had to rebuild my site after my hosting company fecked up. Lucky I had a copy of MySQL data and the site files. I have got the site back up and its looking as it was, the only problem I seem to now have is under site setting, when I change the site to "Enable Site Down Message", I have my IP address in the "Exclude these Addresses from Sitedown Messages", it does not work, I just get the site down message.
Has anyone seen this? Or know where to look to fix it?
Thanks
Si

I just tested this on a live shared environment, it works fine.
