Quote Implementing/Formating CGBlog and CGFeedback into existing site (DONE)

We have an existing intranet site and are attempting to implement  CGBlog and CGFeedback.

We are looking for a quote for someone who can create the Blog/Feedback template/styles to fit within our template (mock up below).

There is also a requirement that some details from CGFeedback (Comment Count & Rating) needs to be displayed in the blog summary page.

Our server is on an internal server, access will be given to a test site then we will need to know which templates, css, etc we need to copy to the internal site.

We require a very quick turn around. (by end of weekend).
