When I browse to testing.nugentapprasial.com/include.php, I receive a blank page with no source code within it. I've checked the PHP file and its fine. Any ideas?Warning: require_once(../include.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\home\testing.nugentappraisal.com\wwwroot\admin\index.php on line 27

Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
Hello all. Its been awhile since I've done a fresh install of the CMS and I've ran into an issue. The install went fine, no errors, and I can access my front end just fine. When I try to access the Admin section I receive the following error message:
Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
Sorry. I should probably add that the error I placed above "line 27" comes from the admin/index.php. Line 27 is
"require_once("../include.php");"
It appears that the php within the include.php file is being ignored?

Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
It would help if you told whether this was on your comp. or a server and what your server was running and what version of cmsms it is, you know...

Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
So sorry. I was at work and was in a rush to post.
The CMS is on a live server. testing.nugentappraisal.com to be exact.
I'm running the following:
CMS version: 1.7.1
PHP Version 5.2.13
Please let me know any other questions that may help.

Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
Are you sure everything made it up to the server, did you unpack it on your comp. and FTP or ?, are all the permissions correct, does your host run any safe mode?...
Re: Fresh Install - Cannot Access Admin
The host is a mix between Cold Fusion and PHP. I had to have them manually enable PHP on this particular account. Also, I couldnt CHMOD the directories and files to 777, they had to do it for me. Perhaps this is the issue? Not sure if they run anything in safemode. I'll throw them a support request and repost if it solves the issue.
Thanks!
Thanks!

This sounds like a host I would run far and fast away from...
