Unicode problem after changing database server

Hi,
After installing CMSMS on my local database server, everything is working perfectly with Unicode. After finish configuring the site, I move it to my hosting server. I created a new database with utf8 encoding on hosting server and move the data to the new database. Now the text belongs to the templates part is displayed correctly but the unicode character in text I entered in content part is displayed as question mark (?). I checked the database, the unicode characters are displayed correctly with phpmyadmin.
Does anyone has faced this before, please help.
