Client login area for viewing files and images

Hello,

I have set up a private area with CMSMS before, but it was more of a general thing where my client had a whole group of people who could log in and all see the same info.  It's been a while since I've done it, so I don't remember the ins and outs, but I know I used FEU and Custom Content.

Another one of my clients is a custom home builder.  He wants me to set up an area where individual customers can log in and view progress photos/videos and access documents and info that pertain to their home only.  I've searched through the forums, but I haven't come up with any ideas on how to make this happen.  So, my questions are as follows:

1.  Is this possible with CMSMS and doable in such a way so that my client can easily create new users and info pages when they gain new customers?

2.  If it's doable, which modules should I be looking at besides FEU and Custom Content?
