Uploading files via FCKeditorX problem

I have a problem with CMS Made Simple 0.12 running on www server with safe-mode=on.

I can't upload a file (size doesn't mother) or create new folder via FCKeditor in folder "uploads/File", "uploads/Media" and "uploads/Flash". But it is possible upload the same file to the folder "uploads/Image" or directly to the "uploads/".

I thing it is because folders "uploads/Image" and "uploads/" was created by CMSMS, but "uploads/File", "uploads/Media" and "uploads/Flash" are created later by the FCKeditor. I set chmod 777 for all this folders and the problem persist.

Into the folder "uploads/File", "uploads/Media" and "uploads/Flash" is impossible to upload a file also with CMSMS File manager (http://www.proequality.cz/admin/files.php ). It writes this error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 5500 is not allowed to access /httpd/proequalitycz/uploads/File owned by uid 99 in /httpd/proequalitycz/admin/files.php on line 92

With folders "uploads/Image" and "uploads/" hasn’t File manager problem.

Do you have any idea?

If you only need a set of predefined folders, you can probably manage them with your FTP client.
If you want more control from the file manager, I think there was a discussion in this forum some time ago.
