This site developed out of a project in North-East Sheffield (a city in the north of the UK). The idea was to create a resource of information on local and social affairs for youth in the area. The site lost some focus during the period of the project but came out OK. Most of the info is the usual 'risk-averse' stuff thrown at kids these days... Drugs? don't go near 'em - Sex? it'll get you pregnant - Drink?... etc.
However, I got the chance to try out some web-tech I hadn't used before such as WAP Push http://spiderweb.org.uk/index.php?page=ringtones and Google Maps API http://spiderweb.org.uk/index.php?page=area_map plus calguy1000's wonderful Uploads module.
The design was pretty much chosen by the kids from 3 or 4 variations.
There's still an issue with the menu in IE6 (quelle surprise!) but the rest of it seems to hold together reasonably well. Any aesthetic faux-pas are entirely down to the content editors poor layout skills

Thanks as usual to the CMSMS team, particularly Ted for encouraging me to use menumanager when I really didn't want to. Cheers!
