File unavailable after choosing language

Post by izzysanime »

Hi, I have installed CMSMS many times before.  I'm transferring my existing install to a new server with a blank config.php file.  When I go to the install directory, it asks for a language, when I click next it brings me to a file not found page.

Code: Select all

Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.
Contact Your provider for details.

Internal Plesk webserver error occurred: File does not exist: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/install/index.php

Is there something I need to install in Plesk for it to work or is that just plesks file not found error.
Thanks,
Josh

silly question - but you've double checked that all the files have uploaded corrrectly?  have you tried reuploading the files just in case there was a glitch there?

I have not tried re-uploading files.  I have not though that would cause it, since it is pointing to a directory that does not even exist.

Thanks,
Josh

Hi, I solved the problem.  I was accessing the site through the IP address, because I did not have a domain setup for it, so according the the support people, they said the site preview feature alters the URLs, which I did not know.

I setup the domain and it is all set now.

Thanks,
Josh
