restrict members of association to editing one page

There is field "Additional Editors" under "Options" tab. So you can grant access to any user manually, especially if there are only dozen limited users.

As far as I understand I don't think you can restrict user to edit certain pages only. If you do find a way of doing this I think loads of people would be very interested. This is something that might show in due time.

Use the CompanyDirectory module, in conjunction with FrontEndUsers and CustomContent.

Each 'Enterpriser' would be able to add/edit/delete their own listing.

{CompanyDirectory action=frontendlist}
Another option is to use FrontEndUsers + CGUserDirectory.

Depending upon your needs which aren't very accurately described.
