Hi, I've installed Front end user managment module and now I'd like to show some content based on the fact that user is logged or not. In other words if the user has already logged on the page he/she will see some content that anonymous user can't see. What code should I change/add and where to look to make this check if the user is logged or not? How should it look like?
Thanks

Re: Front End User Managment and session question
you will need the customcontent module for this, once that module is installed it should see easily how to go about using it in conjunction with feusers.

Re: Front End User Managment and session question
and how can I solve the sync between user logged to Front end so that they can log directly to edit page under control panel because right now the user is asked again to log in before editing the page and as I see it looks to me that user groups are separated from CMS login system and front end too bad because i need same users to be able to edit pages not to log in twice
Any help?

Re: Front End User Managment and session question
Sorry, but I have no help at the moment. I beleive your situation is somewhat unique as some of your frontend users are backend users (if I am correct) as well. the feusers+customcontent modules don't handle this at the moment. The UserID+protectedpages modules did, but had their benifits and drawbacks as well.
The only advice I can give, is not to use the {edit} link, and require your users to login again if they wish to edit content.
