Feedback Form not installing in 0.12?

Hi,
I got problems with installing Feedback forms in 0.12; I've downloaded latest source from http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/frs/?group ... ase_id=368 (CMS Forge) and tried to upload it "made simple" way - but after hitting "upload" in module manager page i'm getting:

DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML file

and module isn't up. Do you know what's going on?

And did you feed it an xml file? or the .tar.gz file containing the source? I tried installing it manually and that worked (except for the dependency)
If I try the xml button for that module, I get a file called FeedbackForm-0.9.12.xml. See this link: http://nietsch.demon.nl/~jib/FeedbackForm-0.9.12.xml  If you have your permissionos correctly set, you should be able to import that file. I think this is a case where you were running too far in from of the fanfare

Doesn't source package suppose to have xml file included? I wanted to install that module "Made Simple" way, by just downloading the package, then selecting it and uploading directly from CMS MS Module Manager...

I'll try providing xml and all installation "manual way", but isn't it a bug or whatever?

No it is not a bug. The xml is just another format instead of .tar.gz or .zip. Would it be a bug if you fed the modules upload script a .jpg file or something else?
Though I agree that the error report is a bit cryptic.

yap,
but tar.gz source doesn't work without xml. It should be explained someway or another during downloading or installing, don't u think?
