Yes setting modules and tiny folder to 755 helps, sometimes setting other folders in tiny to 755...
If all else fails try using static config setting, iirc it's in the advanced tab...

Unfortuneately setting TinyMCE folders to 777 didn't help, neither to use static config settings... It is really strange - I mean, I have similar installations of CMSMS which does not have the same problem at all.
The scroll still works fine in IE, but not in Firefox or Chrome. The strange thing is that when the page to edit page content is loading in FF the scroll appears, but when it has finished loading it disappears... Like a javascript is the last thing to load, and with it the scroll disappears (when one click the checkbox to turn off TinyMCE the scroll appears of course).
