Want to do this site in CMS Simple

Hi

My question is re the menu. I want to use the inbuilt menu system so client can manage it totally themselves.

It's simple but can it work for CMS?

I don't see why not... I would take the simplemenu posted earlier http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... simplemenu and modify it slightly to include ids for each p tag generated. Then, in CSS, replace the P tags with the images... Shouldn't be TOO difficult... Though, to be honest, it might be easier just to hardcode the menu in an html_blob...

Must be late for you there. Just about to have breakfast here in Australia.

I'll look at that simplemenu. You mention about hardcoding menu into Blob (which I am not familiar with yet) but the word hardcoding sounds like if the customer wants to add page himself he needs to add something to the blob also instead of it being dynamically generated.

Correct?

It's EST time here. Only 18.30..

Anyway, yeah, hardcoding means just that. I don't know how you could possible get the menu look you have there without making predefined graphics... unless I'm missing something.
