CRM, what CRM would be advisable next to or integrated with CMSMS

has anyone made a combination with some CRM already?
Maybe Sugar or Vtiger or so.

It would be nice to have a CRM connected.

Hi Nathan,

I had a look at Salesforce and as far I can see you can actually integrate the
Form out of Salesforce in CMSMS, the videos shows that it generates HTML
that you can integrate.

What made you decide for Salesforce? Did you even have a look at Vtiger?

I cannot answer your question with regard to the integration of Vtiger with CMSMS.
If Salesforce is functioning good and the people using can handle the software
then changing is probably no good idea.

Convincing people to use FOSS can be done by giving them a system to
test. Also showing who already did make the change. There is a whole lot of documentation
in the web on this subject.
