Admin Panel doesn't load correctly...

I installed the cms and the website looks right and is functional, but the admin panel displays only a list of links on a white background - the colors and layout are missing. This is the second time I have used the cms and it worked great the first time, What's up?

this is a known issue, and I tought it was fixed in the latest release. The problem is caused by compression is not understood by IE if it is for a stylesheet.
I believe Wishy/Ted had a fix for that too.
