Error! SOAP Problem [Solved]

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Error! SOAP Problem [Solved]

Just finished installing CMSMS on a new site.

However the following error is displayed on the Extensions => Module Manager page:


Error!

SOAP Problem (http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository): HTTP Error: socket read of headers timed out



I am also unable to install any modules at all. When i try to install a module i get the following error message:   Error!
