Custom Welcome!

Hello there!

I would love create a custom Welcome msg using First Name and Last name.

Looks simple, but I couldn't find any help searching in the forum.

something like: Welcome {FirstName} {LastName}


full name instead username

I think you need to spend a little time looking at the Front End User module, and specifically the help info which comes with it. CMSMS isn't like Joomla in that the ability to register, then login and be displayed with some form of tailored welcome message isn't part of the standard install. You need to add functionality, possibly through the Front End User module (think of it as an extension).

this is very easy, and requires the FrontEndUsers module.  as indicated by RJK, registration and front-end user management is not part of the CMSms core, since not everyone wants it.  The core is very basic, with lots of extensions to meet your needs.
