Menu Manager - minimal_menu.tpl

The only comments in this template identify the CSS classes used.
One of them is:
.bullet_sectionheader - To style section header

however no such class appears to be instantiated

the class "clearfix" is used but there is no description or comment about it, likewise the class "sectionheader"

Is there any detailed documentation for this or the other default menu templates? It woudl be very useful for those trying to use/style them.
