0.12 Upgrade problem getConfig()

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

0.12 Upgrade problem getConfig()

Post by telmaw »

I'm upgrading from version 0.11 to version 0.12 using following the upgrade instructions.  I'm getting this error message,
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getconfig() in /files/home/mydir/include.php on line 66
I tried following the install instructions as one of the other posts suggest and got the same error. I would be happy if someone could point me in the rightr direction, thanks.

To me, it sounds like the lib/classes/class.global.inc.php file didn't get replaced when you uploaded the new version.

Just a guess, though.

Thanks wishy, that appears to have been the problem.  By default WSFTP does not over write files that are newer (or the same date?) on the server. When I checked the logs quite a number of files were not uploaded.  Used different FTP software and the Upgrade worked perfectly except my logo1.gif file was overwritten (no big deal).  Of all the CMS packages I've tested this is the best, especially from the point of view of a none techie client.  Thanks.
