No access to logon page

Have just installed CMSMS OK and can get the Home welcome page but trying to open the /admin/index.php I get Forbidden! You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server.. I imagine it's an httpd.conf setting but I can't figure out where.

I'm trying to set this up for my grandson and CMSMS seemed the best of the bunch.

Hope someone can help!

Hmmm, I believe it's not an httpd.conf setting

...

Please try login with /admin or /admin/login.php.

My fault. I made a few adjustments to httpd.conf and forgot to restart the server
