Installing modules - having a nightmare

"Rotate" is a plugin ("Tag") and its file "function.rotate.php" should go to directory "/plugins/". Then you will find it on "Extensions » Tags » Rotate". You will also will have to put link to files "cycle.js" and "jquery.min.js" in template.

"StylesheetSwitcher" is module and it's only file "StylesheetSwitcher.module.php" should go to directory "/modules/StylesheetSwitcher/". Then it should appear on page "Extensions » Modules". It is old module and i can not tell if it is still compatible to latest CMSms.
