I just screwed things up - need help

I was trying to figure out what stylesheet graffic went where and how to edit page layout..and screwed my site up.

Can anyone help me?

I would like to

make changes to the header. - change title, add a visa/mastercard logo & edit to my company colors.
Make the news module show different News articles that pertain to specific pages
Make cgfeedback module work the way I need it.
and other changes that I cant think of right now as I want to punch my screen.
