SOLVED: File manager and other issues

Post by robinmarek »

I just upgraded a 1.5.4 system to 1.6.6 as the file manager stopped working and I thought an upgrade may help.

Anyway, when I go to file manager all I get is a mostly blank screen (see attached image).

I also just tried viewing system information and I am getting a blank page too.

Any ideas?

The only thing I see is this:

[01-Jan-2010 17:11:37] PHP Warning:  Parameter  is not known by module News dropped in /public_html/lib/misc.functions.php on line 1359
[31-Jan-2010 20:48:07] PHP Warning:  Parameter  is not known by module News dropped in /public_html/lib/misc.functions.php on line 1359

Could that be related?

Yep frontend working perfectly.

I completely re-installed the whole CMS system. They have had this site working for a year now with no issues, and File Manager has just decided to stop working.

Image manager is working fine though...

By they way they have another CMSMS in a subdomain on the server... and filemanager isn't working for that either... have emailed the host to see if it's a problem their end.

I've just viewed it on IE7 and get this popup error:

Line:56
Char: 3
Error: Object Required

It's related to the file manager... hmm

I managed to fix it... the TinyMCE editor needed upgrading to the latest version, and this fixed it :)
