how am i supposed to install pimenu?

it doesn't see pimenu handles like a regular module - i uploaded the files in modules/pimenu folder, but it does not show up i the panel. how am i supposed to install and use that tool? i don't speak deutsch and the english pdf is as good as none.

besides, did anyone come up with better solution for the creation of multilingual pages?

I have the same problem - the english doc is almost useless. Can we have it in the original language (whatever it is)?
