Global settings metatags and page specific metatags.

I need to change a site so that the global metatags appear only when there are no site specific metatags - a kinda 'either / or' rather than adding both together and displying all.  Is this possible and if so, how?

You can set in Global settings the default metadata and in the page editor additional info.
