FeedbackForm - Info text above the form

Hi,
I'm using FeedbackForm 0.9.11 on CMSMS 0.11.2. An additional piece of the total solution that just make me very happy that I found CMSMS 

What would you suggest as an effective way to add a text above the form itself (eg. 'Fill out the fields...'), and avoid to have the same text appear in the 'Thanks'-page?

Why not try adding a static text field to the form?

I actually tried that and found it a little bit awkward to do the formatting with html tags in the field. When editing the form and the field again, the initial formatting was messed up 'automatically'

I suppose it should be handled in the php, but that's not my strongest area...
