Install Problem

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Are you using a dedicated or shared host.  If shared, who is it?  Most hosts have contol panels that allow you to set up databases without issue.  If you are receiving an error when installing CMS, it may be that you are not using the correct local host.  Some hosts allow you to just use (local host), while others require you to add the exact db server location found in your PHPMyAdmin panel, or given by the host.  I hope this helps.

More importantly, it may be well to ask : What step are you at in the install process?

If you don't intend on reinstalling and moving forward, please mark the post as [solved] in the subject line.
