How to display Vbulletin / Photopost underneath stock CMSMadeSimple Menu?

Hi,

I am using the stock CMS Made Simple CSS Horizontal Menu.

I was wondering what the easiest way to display Vbulletin and Photopost underneath the CMS Made Simple CSS Horizontal Menu would be?

In other words, how can I nicely display the forum and photo gallery within the look & feel of my site?
