Port site to CMSMS + add basic ecommerce

This is a nice project for someone (we're too busy!):

Phase 1: Port site to CMS Made Simple

The current site is very basic:

- 1 page template
- 1 very basic vertical menu, no active states or other complexities
- Approximately 15 basic pages of text content
- News page

The markup of the site is reasonable (XHTML + CSS) and could probably be converted to a CMS Made Simple template without much change.

Phase 2: Add basic ecommerce

The client would also like to sell some products on the site. Our preference is that this is done using Calguy's modules for ecommerce. What we need you to do is:

- Install and configure the necessary modules
- Setup payment (we're guessing just PayPal)
- Create suitable layout templates for the shop's pages
