please search the forum using a term like "multiple sites".  This has been discussed many times before.

In a word, no.  Hosting multiple sites from one CMSMS install is not supported.  Some people have offered modifications to achieve this, but I have no idea how successful or stable they are, and you will not get support from the dev team for such an endeavor.
