Hi all,
I've installed 1.6.6 on a local PC at work as I'm trying to show people the benefit of upgrading the company website...
The demo website works fine when viewed on the PC it's installed on. However over the network it looks like this (pic attached).
Any ideas?

Check to see if the stylesheets can be found when viewing it on that computer.... Put the URL of a stylesheet in the address bar and see what comes up.
Re: Problem viewing localhost install over a LAN
Hi Wishbone,
Using windows explorer I can browse through all the folders without any problem.
Now I'm beginning to think it has something to do with using "localhost".
When I click on any of the links in top folder, the url it is seeking is "http://localhost/cmsms etc etc". Of course this doesn't exist on the other network computers.
I'm going to try un-installing the works and then re-installing with the PC's local name.

Re: [Solved] Problem viewing localhost install over a LAN
That fixed it.
Re-installed the database and all the files, then ran the installation from a different PC (over the network). This got rid of the "localhost" problem.
Thanks.
