Help wanted or ideas, willing to pay a fee as well

Hi All, I have a question and I hope someone has an idea which module can be best used for this purpose

On my website users have to login to be able to post topics and ask questions. Now the goal is if a user of group A logs in he will see all his posts and can add new ones incl. files upload or he can change an already existing one or mark one as solved

On the other hand the users of group B will see all the topics posted by group A and will be able to reply to this topics.  they will not be able to see the other topics which are posted to the same topic from group A by other users of group B.

Once a user of Group A is interested in taking contact with a member of group B they will have to send a contact request mail to the user of group B.

Users of Group B can invite other users of Group B to participate in a group lets call it B1 for the moment. Users which are all in the same group B1 can see the replies made to the topics of group A by all the other members of the group B1.

If someone has an idea or has the means to be able to develop such a module or adapt an already existing one please let me know. If no module is available what could I used best for this purpose?

Any helps, ideas will be greatly appreciated. P.S. I am also willing to pay a small fee to be able to implement this to the one which will give me the solution
