Advanced search page for news - order news results by asc or desc

I need an advanced search page. ( available via a link)
website user on the front end should be able to search for
eg search news only: using  the word 'cattle'
News results should be optionally found by the most recently added news about cattle or the oldest news.
( ascending,descending)
Dates should be visible in the results.
If you have a solution or workaround for this can you please pm me with a quote and an estimated time it could be completed.
