Freelance webdesigner/developer CMS made simple proficient Required "permanent"

Hi guys

my webdesign company is growing quite quickly, i am looking to bring on some freelancers who i can pass regular work to.

I need someone who is cms made simple proficient. I especially need someone who would be able to develop / modify some modules etc.

I would imagine i would be able to pass this person work every week, and potentially if things are working well, a retainer contract between my company and this freelancer could come into effect.
