Help setting up a Reference Manual

Post by cspan26 »

Hi Everyone,

I am at my wits end here and I need a little advice.  I have a CMSMS site set up for a local Doctor Recruitment Site.  The organization has me building a Secure login area for their Board members and I have successfully done this using FEU & CustomContent.

The problem that I am having now is that they have given me a 21 page Reference Manual about the organization split up into 21 PDF documents.  They want to have the ability to add/change/move around pdf's to put them in order or take them out whenever they want.  I am trying to find a way to display all of these in a listing that is easy to move around and I have been exteremely unsuccessful.

If someone could recommend a way of doing this that would be great!

Thanks,
Chris

You have to be a little more specific, is this 21 pages or is it an UL LI of links to them?...

move files or links linking to files?

For example, make a new category of links in a specific order pointing to those files?

If you are trying to move or renaming physical documents around you are doing it wrong.

Thanks for the replies!

They would be set up in a List format yes.

I tried out the Download Manager module and it seems that it is a long those lines that I would like to have it set up but I was wondering if there was another solution o this that is more geared towards documents.

Once again, it is not clear to anyone what exactly you are trying to do!
