DarkGrey theme, navigation slight muck up!

Okay, so i have got this site template (for my portfolio). Recently designed and coded it. But was using it on GetSIMPLE cms,

Now, i have tried to implement it into CMSMS and there is a slight muck up in the html or css and the nav. I think anyways, i'm sure you guys / gals can help with this problem?

Okay so i ended up fixing this silly mistake.
But another thing is, if you go over to http://graphixant.com/cmsms the right side of the nav bar is underneath.

If anyone could check the code out it would be great!

the one at /cmsms looks fine the other one has some image on the right side just sitting there, for this it would help to have an image of what it should look like...
