Create link (in template) to other page without {menu}

Hi all,

How do I create a link in my template that links to another page?

I tried the two options selflink and just naming the page in the tag like this:

I keep getting the message:

Not Found

The requested URL /cmsmadesimple/de behandeling(en) was not found on this server.

I guess this is just basic html knowlegde, but i am stuck...

There is a button, looks like an orange palm tree with a chain across it, that will make a link to pages...
