News Module - Upload Image field missing

I used to be able to upload an image for each new news item, but now it is missing.

I think this is a permissions issue as I had to copy my entire CMS over to a new server, and ever since then, the Upload Image field has vanished.

I have tried reinstalling the News module a few times, with no avail.

Is this a permissions issue? I've turned all all debugs but it gives no error. Any ideas?

Create a custom field, that will show.

Yes, I can create a custom field, and it appears at the bottom of the Add News page. But the Add Image field is still missing.

I don't understand why it isn't there anymore. I used to be able to upload an image per news item, but now it has vanished. The debug gives nothing either.

I'd be grateful for any help.

I mean, didnt you have a 'custom field', type 'file' named 'add image'.... As I dont recall an image field there.
