Extra fields in Page/Content/Options

How hard would it be for me to create a tag which could say, create a radio button or text field on the contents or preferably options page.

For example in the same way including a content tag creates a field in the backend for a page which uses a template with said content tag, can I create a radio button which could change a class of a div for example.

Any help would be apreciated.
