Fatal Error when upgrading form 1.5.2 to 1.6.6

Hi all,

I wanted to upgrade my site from 1.5.2 to 1.6.6. To do so I copied the 1.6.6 base files into the website and tried browse to http://mysite.com/install/upgrade.php.
The following error appears!

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare redirect() (previously declared in /home/ziesooart/domains/ziesooart.nl/public_html/lib/misc.functions.php:32) in /home/ziesooart/domains/ziesooart.nl/public_html/lib/misc.functions.php on line 1737

What is going on and more important: how do I upgrade?

When you upload the files with FileZilla, do you use Wifi?

What PHP version do you use on this site?
