[CMSMS 1.6] Can't edit stylesheet

I recently moved a CMSMS installation from one server to another one. Everything works fine except editing stylesheets. When I try to save them I get an Error 403

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Any ideas on how to solve this?

1. Did you change all the paths in the config.php correctly? And double checked them... 
2. Checked the System Information in the admin, any yellow ! or red X there?
3. Looked into the php_errorlog?
4. Tried debug=true in the config.php while working on the stylesheets? Any errors visible there? (Error (0) means no errors)
5. ...
