[solved] Deactivate tinymce for excerpt in "News"-module

Post by parse »

Hi folks!
Anyone know how to deactivate the wysiwyg-editor for the excerpt (news module)?

Is there any way I can hook into that and deactivate without messing with the core?

Thanks in advance!
/ Anders

Not really but it does have a setting in tiny admin you can use so tiny won't start when page/edit opens then you hit the on/off tick to get it on...

In the version that I'm using (1.6.4), there is an option in the News module to "Allow using a WYSIWYG editor on the summary field:"

Is that what you were talking about?
