Problem with Banner module [Solved]

Hi there.

Just installed the Banner module, but cant seem to get it to work. I have tried to put the smarty tag

{cms_module module='Banners' category=""}

in both the template and in a single page. Both ways the problem is as on the attached image:



instead of the banner, it's just that square with a link to the cms site.

The banner shows as it should in the admin panel, so anyone got any ideas? im running CMS 1.6.6

just installed it too and the first problem I had was similar …
did you enter the correct path to the banner image?
should fit to your template:


I entered "uploads/banners/mybanner.gif" instead of "banners/mybanner.gif" at first so it didn't work because the final path then was:
"uploads/uploads/banners/mybaner.gif"
Do you use CSS to style something (size of space where the banner should appear, etc.)? Is it set right?

Since I'm not a pro that's all I can think of …

Hello again...

Hmm dont know what i did, but now it seems to work. Must have messed up something with the paths as you wrote. thanks anyways
