Tiny MCE / File Selection - page not found error

Post by fireboydesign »

Hi, using version 1.6.5 and having trouble with tinyMCE / file picker. I have uploaded 5 pdfs but when I go to insert the link and hit browse (to get to the CMSMS File Selection window) I get an error "the requested URL was not found on this server." Everything appears to be in place though...

Can anyone help?!

Thanks
Caroline

Hi Caroline
Hi, using version 1.6.5 and having trouble with tinyMCE / file picker.
Try to upgrade to 1.6.6 first.

It might even be related to:

Just been trying some of the solutions in the other post, but I've just noticed a file called "tinyconfig.js" in the \tmp directory which contains something to do with the filepicker.php page which CMSMS can't find.

Just tried to find this file's location on other installations I've done of CMSMS and it doesn't appear anywhere.  ???

Could this have something to do with the issue?

Might be...
Perhaps a file was misplaced during an upgrade once...  :-\

You could try to upgrade to 1.6.6 by uploading the full package 1.6.6. (But always backup first  ;) )
No need to do an /install.
You can delete the Install folder.
All files should be at the right spot now.
