[Solved]Edit Icons disappeared after upgrade

I haven't upgraded since 1.5.2 but after being hacked and with the help of Rolf got upgraded to 1.6.6. (Actually because of the problems after I upgraded (to get the DB in sync) then I had to re-install a fresh copy of 1.6.6 linked to the upgraded DB and content.  However now when I go to edit the pages the Edit Icons/Links above the edit box is blank.  Its been so long since I've upgraded that I can't remember what I need to do to activate those html items. (I thought it was just part of the basic package but apparently not. Tiny claims to be included and enabled but I'm not seeing any icons/links.)

Thanks.  (I'm search term dysfunctional.  )  Seems odd that in the end all I had to do was uninstall TinyMCE and then re-install it given that in essence it was a clean cmsms install to start with (other than linking an existing DB.)  But hey whatever works! Thanks again.
