Permission settings

I made a special group that has editor type settings with tweaks to allow use of the filemanager.

Question is what option is the image manager under? I do not see a reference to it yet it is in my admin permissions for me to use yet nothing listing in settable permissions.

I need to give permissions to the chief editor group I made who has more power than the regular editor setting but do not see where the setting for the image manager is, the file manager shows up and is selectable.

Can some one please point me in the right direction.

There are no separate permissions for File and Image Manager, they both are allowed with Modify Files.
