Phantom pages in CMS Made Simple 1.6.5 "Poya"

Poya seems to be quite buggy. I prepared a site in it, tho it seems somethign weird is happening; Ive noticed I have phantom pages around that I can't wiew in "Pages", and the regular page that is shown in "Pages" gets "-2" alias.

Does someone have any idea how to delete these intruders.

If you say it is 1.6.5 then replicate it on xampp.
